Loading tables

The Pyrox hydraulic loading tables are entirely designed and manufactured by us. They can be used to load and unload coffins and hearses, refrigerated rooms and to insert containers into the crematorium furnaces. In addition to being reliable and durable, they are equipped with strong wheels, integrated rollers and a hand brake to prevent coffin movement on the table. They can be used to load and unload from hearse, removal van or refrigerated rooms and to insert containers into the cremation retorts.
The hydraulic tables are powered with a 12 volt battery and can function several hours without needing to be recharged.

  • The T252 tables have 34″ of movement, adjustable from 18″ to 52″ off the ground.
  • The T278 tables have 60″ of movement, adjustable from 18″ to 78″ off the ground.
  • The T284 tables have 60″ of movement, adjustable from 24″ to 84″ off the ground.

Automatic Loading Systems

Our automatic loading systems are available with our model X1000 and X3000 furnaces.

The T800 automatic loading system allows the container or coffin to be very safely loaded into a furnace heated to greater than 700°C. The system automatically detects the length of the coffin and, with the simple touch of a button, the crematorium furnace door opens and the loading system pushes the coffin to the proper location in the furnace. The coffin is therefore always in the same position, which practically eliminates repositioning during cremation.

Furthermore, the T800 is equipped with several positioning sensors such that the insertion is performed properly every time. The average insertion time is less than 20 seconds. This loading system allows the X3000 to be used at maximum capacity when hot loading. An automatic loading system can be used for several side-by-side furnaces. A detector indicates in front of which crematorium furnace the automatic loading system is positioned.
