It has a unique metal recovery mechanism that separates metals from remains. The recovered metals and implants are locked inside the station with a theft prevention system. The remains are processed with a twin-blade designed for finer remains and are directed into the awaiting urn.

In addition, Pyrox has integrated the Slide-In Urn System to easily position the urn into the processor. The operator does not need to bend to secure a plastic bag around the inner funnel. Simply slide the urn in the B800.

The processing station comes with a programmable logic controller and a touch screen interface to simplify operation. The B800 also has a powerful fan that offers dust control. It also comes equipped with a filter incorporated directly in the processor and, if desired, the exhaust can be ducted out of the room.

The B800 is a plug-and-play unit. The entire cycle for processing the cremated remains, separating metals and flling the urn takes only 60 seconds.
